I help teams deliver
when plans change.

I’m Vigs. I lead about 15 client projects at an engineering consultancy. I help customers and technical teams agree on what matters, solve problems and keep the work moving.

Firmware and software leadership, consulting, and building my own products.

Delivery recovery

Recovery in progress

Status as of October 2026

A six-week delay. A year-end commitment.

A hardware client needed units delivered by the end of 2026 to preserve an enterprise deal. Then a supplier moved delivery out by six weeks.

What I did

I brought procurement, engineering and manufacturing together to find another way. I helped the client weigh changes to quantity, cost and timing, and understand the backup plan.

Who did what

Our specialists handled vendor calls, testing and manufacturing. I coordinated their work and kept the client informed as we worked through the choices.

The outcome

The delivery plan is back on track. The year-end shipment is still pending.

Product building

Built & in use

Internal client tool

What does one more change cost?

A hospitality startup kept adding customer requests after its hardware was locked. We needed a clearer way to show what those changes meant for the delivery date and budget.

What I did

I built a requirements tracker with a history for each item. The client and our team could follow every change and discuss its effect on time, component cost and budget.

Who did what

I identified the need and built the tool. The client and our delivery team use it together.

The outcome

In use on the client engagement, with adoption across other company projects planned.

How I work.

Our engineers were making progress, but clients weren’t always hearing about it. I saw the gap and helped create my role to close it.

Start with the workflow.

Before building a tool, I ask what the customer is trying to get done. It has to be worth the effort of learning something new.

Make progress and spend visible.

I introduced a portal with plain-language progress updates, hours worked and expected invoices. Clients can see the work before the bill arrives.

Talk budget before writing the proposal.

I introduced early budget conversations so we can agree on a realistic scope before writing a formal proposal.

Work across cultures.

I’ve lived in eight countries and speak six languages, four fluently. I spent 11 years studying and working in the US, earning bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering. I thrive in multicultural teams and notice the cultural nuances in how people communicate.

Why Anthropic.

I want to help businesses use AI in ways that make their work better. I enjoy figuring out what people need, building with them and seeing it make a difference.

This role feels close to the work I already do: helping technical teams deliver, working through setbacks and earning the customer’s trust.

I use AI in my own work, mostly OpenAI’s tools today. Anthropic’s focus on safety matters to me. I want to be part of that broader effort and take responsibility for putting AI to good use.
